Residential Development, Arlington Road, Camden, London

The practice was appointed by developer Camden Lofts, to develop proposals for the reconfiguration, restructuring, refurbishment and extension of a vacated four storey property on the Arlington Road in Camden, into eight high-end apartments.

Located within Camden’s Conservation Area, the scheme was developed in close collaboration with the local planning authority, balancing their guidance with market requirements.

The proposals sought to retain the character of the original building but mixing these with contemporary elements, carefully landscaped intimate courtyards to improve the amenity and aspect for the residents.
