Crepe Weavers is located just outside Newtownards in Northern Ireland. The 26 acre site is the location of a former textile factory.

Appointed to develop a masterplan for a mixed use development the proposal includes 95no. residential units, a ‘care campus’ of approximately 43,000sq ft comprising a nursing home, assisted and independent living units, a neighbour retail area, leisure facility of around 13,000sq ft and a 78-bed hotel.

The main site use is business and light industrial with over 130,000sq ft of flexible accommodation providing business incubator and expansion space, ‘standalone units’ and storage & distribution units.

An outline planning application was lodged in February 2021.
