Carysfort Court, Blackrock

Carysfort Court is located on an arterial route, 20 minutes south of Dublin City Centre within the vibrant town of Blackrock. Design proposals transform a dated mid-90’s 27,000 sqft office structure into a contemporary building providing over 61,000 sgft of Grade A accommodation.

This has been achieved by retaining the existing concrete structure and adding two additional floors of lightweight construction, whilst also extending the floorplate at each level.

Exemplar sustainable principles underpin the project as it has been design to achieve LEED Certification, net zero operational energy consumption and the adaptive reuse design strategy ensures the embodied carbon within the existing concrete structure is retained.
