Edgware Road, London
We were appointed through a competitive selection process, by a private client in North London, to develop proposals for a major new mixed use development, on a property they acquired near Staples Corner on the Edgware Road.
We worked closely with the client to refine the project brief, reviewing differing use mixes and carrying out a series of costed development appraisals.
The site lies at a gateway location into London, close to the M1 junction and the design response seeks to acknowledge this in an iconic manner – with an elegant, refined transparent tower rising out of a solid base that extends to the perimeter of the site.
