Tobacco Yard, Belfast

Tobacco Yard is an exciting mixed use development located in Belfast city centre next to the new transport hub.

The proposal aims to regenerate and reconnect the site to the city fabric by constructing a 17 storey BTR block, 100,000 sqft office, low level start-up accommodation and a community church. Public realm will feature two welcoming plazas and a new pedestrian route through the site. Project currently in planning development.
