Daragh Coleman
Director
Daragh has been with TODD’s since leaving University some twenty years ago, and in 2019 became an equity director in the practice, recognising the extraordinary contribution he has made to the business.
Daragh has designed and delivered some of the practices most critically acclaimed projects, notably including the multi-award winning Public Record Office of Northern Ireland and the globally recognised Titanic Belfast, both within Titanic Quarter, where he is also currently completing the Olympic House office development.
His design abilities are perhaps most directly evidenced in the number of competition winning entries he has led, which in recent years have included successful submissions for both the Western and Belfast Health & Social Care Trusts frameworks.
Daragh’s expertise also extends into detail design and delivery, where he now regularly leads project teams on some of the practice’s largest and most complex Design and Build contracts, including the £250m residential led mixed use development for developer Ballymore at Goodluck Hope in East London.
Daragh’s directorial responsibilities extend to include the challenging aspect overseeing of resource management, where he led the introduction of a new practice team structure and Associate reporting mechanism, an increased efficiency to the way in which the practice delivers its service for clients.
