Masterplanning establishes an approach and conceptual layout for a location that will guide its future growth and development.

Our engagements in the area have ranged from 25 year urban regeneration frameworks at a regional scale, to determining use mixes and physical relationships for a small grouping of buildings.

We have developed a particular specialisation in Estates Development Strategies within the health sector, requiring detailed consideration of phasing / implementation strategies and the integration of new / existing facilities, without compromising healthcare delivery.
