Mixed Use

The combination of different building uses in close proximity reflects changing attitudes towards city planning and a new appreciation of urban and environmental issues, while also affording the opportunity to spread commercial risk.

We have completed and are involved in schemes of varying scale and mix of use types, where we give particular consideration to the quality of the space between the buildings.
