Retailing, particularly in our town and city centres, is facing enormous challenges.

Competition from the convenience of out of town supermarkets and outlets stores, has been further increased by the rapid growth of online shopping, both combining to have a seriously detrimental impact on the high street.

Having previously working with leading developers and operators in the field, including Westfield Shoppingtowns, in recent years our attention has become increasingly focused on reviewing existing shopping complexes for owners, to see how they might be rejuvenated and re-purposed.
