Citi Group Headquarters, Titanic Quarter, Belfast

Citi Group, one of the world’s largest banking organisations, relocated their Belfast HQ, to the Gateway Office development in Titanic Quarter, designed by the practice for developer Titanic Quarter Ltd.

The 150,000sqft scheme that sits prominently at the entrance to the Quarter, comprises three wings of accommodation, wrapped around a landscaped courtyard, with car parking below.

The wings, finished in white limestone, are linked by full height atriums, identified by glazed screens, that are supported by laminate timber columns and incorporating bespoke design solar shading.

The practice was also retained by Citi to complete the Cat B fit-out of their offices.
