Financial Services Fit-out (Dunmurry and Belfast)

The TODD Architects fit out team worked with contractors QMac construction on this scheme to achieve their vision for the restructure and refurbishment of their work spaces.

This scheme comprised of the fit-out of the existing ground and first floors within Killeaton House courtyard extension together with associated site works and mechanical and electrical installations.

With the reoccurring theme evident from Danske Bank’s HQ new entrance Fit Out concept, the internal active courtyard space at the heart of their Killeaton building fosters a similar neutral palette and a bright, open plan approach.

This busy space houses the buildings kitchen and canteen area, illuminated with natural light from the glazed high ceiling and low hanging dynamic lighting. The clustered and varied height seating layout encourages interaction, whereas the smaller screened areas surrounding the perimeter offer quieter more intimate spaces to meet.

The wooden panelling of the café area and the abundant selection of large plants help make the space feel more comfortable and welcoming.
