Kings Hall Complex, Belfast

TODD Architects are working on a suburban city redevelopment site with Benmore Octopus for a new 68,424 sqm healthcare campus on the former Kings Hall landmark site, which will be sensitively transformed into quality accommodation for a range of primary health care services (GP’s, pharmacies, audiologists and opticians).

The masterplan scheme will include a primary care complex, a hotel, a private medical centre, residential care, a multi-storey car parking and retail.

Our prime ambition is to preserve the heritage of the iconic building, and deliver healthcare led regeneration that delivers a new landmark for Northern Ireland’s healthcare.
