One Bankmore Square, Belfast

One Bankmore is a 300,000sqft, office led mixed use development, located on a prominent corner site in Belfast city centre.

Designed speculatively for London and Belfast based developer The Richmond Group, their ambition was for a building that would set a new standard for Grade A accommodation in the city.

The building that overlooks a new public square, comprises 12 floors of open plan office accommodation, with typical upper level floorplates of some 25,000sqft and with a centrally located atrium to introduce natural light into the depth of the floorplate.

The elevations are high glazed to take advantage of views over the city, with the upper penthouse levels set-back to form a generous terrace and a raised lantern introduced to identify the buildings prominent corner.
